  • I have a pet store and want to carry your products, how do I set up an account?

  • I don’t have a pet store, where can I find your products?
    • You can locate our products using the Store locator tab under the Customer Service tab at the top of this website. If you still cannot find a store in your area, feel free to purchase online at birdseed.com or give us a call at 1(800)635-9359. 
  • Can I purchase products directly from the factory?
    • We are not open to the general public. However, you can purchase directly from our website, birdseed.com, or use the store locator to find a store in your area that carries our products.
  • Can I feed your single seed products to my pet bird or are they only for wild birds?
    • Yes, you can! We use high quality seeds in both our wild bird and companion bird blends.
  • What is the shelf life of your products? 
    • As long as our products are kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry location away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight they are good for up to 18 months from the packing date.
  • Why can’t I find an expiration date on your bags?
    • We use a 5-day Julien date code with the first two numbers representing the year, 22 would be for 2022 and 23 would be for 2023. The next three digits are going to be the day of the year and will be from 001 to 365 or 366 on a leap year. For example, 4/14/2023 would read 23103. This date on our bags represents the made-on date and our product is good for up to 18 months from that date if stored properly. 
  • I want to sell your products on my Amazon storefront, how do I set up an account and get authorization to sell on 3rd party sites?
    • We are only setting up pet store and livestock Brick and Mortar accounts.
  • I have a quality concern with a recent order, how do I contact your Quality Control?
